DISCREET DELIVERY POLICY

1. We strive to make sure our delivery is as discreet as possible, to enable the shopping experience to become as pleasant as possible.
2. Your order will be packaged in a discreet, plain parcel. Parcels are collected from our warehouse daily by Australia Post for fast accurate delivery anywhere in Australia. Your parcel is dispatched typically the same day or within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of payment. Your parcel is registered, therefore can be easily tracked. You will receive a tracking number with your order. There will be no signage that will divulge where your parcel came from, simply from “MDU” and our return PO Box.
3. If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel back to the nearest Post Office. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery from the nearest Post Office, at your convenience. You will not need to mention our store to retrieve your package. The parcel will look like one of the many Australia Post parcels.
4. We deliver to Post Office boxes and Parcel Lockers.
